Labour are making things even harder for businesses like yours.

- £5 billion in extra costs for businesses.
- Fewer jobs and less flexibility for workers.
- Employers must tell employees every year about unionisation, and allow unions to meet and organise in the workplace.
- Private businesses have to allow unions access to their workforce to meet, recruit and organise.
- More strikes, with less notice and lower turnout thresholds.
