Mobile signal in the East Riding

Graham is hearing from residents across the East Riding about poor mobile signal, especially in rural villages.

This is not a minor irritation. It affects safety, work and staying in touch. In some places, people still have to walk down the road to get a signal.

Previous work helped improve coverage in parts of the constituency. But the official figures still do not match reality.

Ofcom says outdoor coverage is mostly good. Inside the home, only around 63 per cent of properties get a reliable signal from all four networks. Rural areas are worst affected.

The networks say coverage is better than people experience. The only way to challenge that is with real, local evidence.

Graham wants to hear from you.

Where does signal drop?
Which network are you on?
How does it affect daily life?

If you have ever struggled to get a signal in an emergency, that is exactly the evidence needed.

Graham will use your responses to press the Government, Ofcom and mobile networks, and challenge the gap between coverage maps and reality.
