The Water Bill seeks to set targets and objectives relating to water policy, including proposals on the ownership of water companies, climate mitigation and adaptation, and the creation of a Commission on Water.
We must firmly tackle the criminal abuse of online advertising to promote scams, distribute malware and launch phishing attacks, and internet providers and social media platforms have a role to play in driving out fraudulent activity.
I recognise concerns about the UK’s nature loss, and I support initiatives to create wilder landscapes across England as part of a broader approach to nature recovery.
