Graham has voted against changes to Northern Ireland legacy laws, warning they could expose veterans to renewed legal action over events from decades ago.
He said the legislation risks reopening old cases and allowing repeated investigations into the same incidents.
Alongside his work in Parliament, Graham supports veterans locally. As Chairman of the Beverley branch of the Royal British Legion, he works with veterans and their families across the constituency. He also backs Veterans Breakfast Clubs, which bring former service personnel together and provides ongoing support.
In Withernsea, he has worked with Darren England to clean and restore graves as part of Commonwealth War Graves efforts.
Kemi Badenoch has committed that a future Conservative Government will repeal the legislation and replace it with a fairer system that protects veterans from repeated legal claims.
Graham is also pushing for better living standards for serving personnel at Defence School Leconfield, arguing that respect must apply to those serving today as well as those who have served.

Graham said: “I voted against this Bill because it risks reopening old wounds and placing unfair legal burdens on those who served our country.
“Our veterans should not be dragged through courts years later for doing their duty.
“We need to protect our veterans, not prosecute them.”
