Have you heard about the proposed Recycling centre at the top of Grange Road in Beverley?

Following a year and a half (including a deferral) it's been thrown out by the Council's planning committee.

The credit for that goes to the campaigners, who I met last year, who have done an incredible job to bring the community together to oppose the tip.

Update January 2024

The Council's planning committee has rejected the proposal for the tip in Molescroft due to the visual amenity and traffic concerns not being met.

 

Update September 2023

Following the ERYC Planning Committee’s deferral of the Molescroft Tip in March, the Council is preparing to put updated plans to the public this autumn.

While we await the updated application, it’s important that residents feel we have our voices heard – and Graham will continue to be a champion for Molescroft.
